Inspected before it goes out
Oil, tires, brakes, fluids, lights, registration and insurance card, all on a tracked maintenance schedule. A van with an overdue item does not go out.
GPS tracked
Every rental is tracked from pickup to return. Your dispatcher sees where the van is and the day's trips. If fuel drops below a quarter tank, it is recorded and flagged.
Full tank out, full tank back
Vans leave full and come back full. The fuel charges for anything less are published up front, on the pricing page and in the rental agreement.
